Has anyone been able to reserve a table for late August for dinner at
Tutto Italia Ristorante? It seems like there are no times available at all. Is something being done there?

This is happening with a lot of Epcot restaurants currently. It is likely due to plans not being finalized for Food & Wine which starts 8/31 etc. Keep trying it will open up soon. Those that were having problems for booking some have since been able to for late August. Keep checking every day.

Keep checking back. It's totally worth the effort. We stumbled upon this place due to not being able to get in anywhere else one night. Walked in, got seated, and had an amazing meal. Great staff as well. We highly recommend it.
