Turkey Legs vs. Pork Shanks

I tried the Turkey leg at one point, but didn't care for it as I felt the smoke flavor was too overwhelming. I always wished they had a "roasted" version. I'm excited to try this pork shank, it may be more to my taste.

The pork shank is much better. I wouldn't knock myself out to get another, but it is way better than that turkey leg. Blech.

I don't care for the turkey leg, but I really enjoyed the pork shank. I would never have gotten it, but my husband wanted one. He didn't care for it.
