Trouble linking tickets

I've been trying to link tickets to my and my boyfriend's MDE accounts. I put in the #s, match them to our accounts, and when I confirm them the website says "Congratulations! Each of your items is ready for use." But then when I go to "my plans" or to make a theme park reservation, the tickets are nowhere to be seen.

Does anyone know what's up with that? Thanks for any advice!

Some people have multiple Disney accounts with the same email address. Sometimes old Marvel,Star Wars, ESPN....accounts didn't properly merge.

Call and ask. It's common.

Also what type of tickets are these? You don’t need to make park reservations with most ticket types, which makes me wonder if you have a less common ticket type.

It is, it's a comped ticket from a friend that works at Hulu that isn't using them so they gifted them to us. But wouldn't it still show up under our plans after we linked them to our accounts?

Call. That's exactly what can happen when you have multiple accounts. It's a Disney IT issue. They have to merge your accounts.
