It’s just that we’ve heard some things are getting mothballed. Hopefully they’re not foolish enough to let their enormous investment in Tron sit there.

I'll go as far as to say there's no way in the universe they'd leave something that obtrusive in their flagship park so obviously undone.

What's been done is just too much. This isn't leaving the fantasyland skyway station there for years. At least that looked nice.

That doesn't even make sense. Rat/Tron/Guardians were greenlit by the board YEARS ago, money was allocated and budgets approved years ago, announced to the public years ago, and are in the near final stages of their construction. It would make 0 business sense to not finish and open them. They will need new signature attractions to promote for the next five years especially when faced with increased competition from Universal Orlando.

What is more likely to be cut are projects that haven't even started yet (SSE, any hope of a new tomorrowland for Disneyland) and smaller ancillary projects (Mary Poppins, Moana).

Nothing about the last four months make sense.

Imo, people wondering about the state and continuity of new proyects, regardless of how advanced they are or seem to be, is justifiable under the current circumstances.

Agreed. However, there are some ppl who say they don’t need to finish Tron next year.
