Trip insurance for WDW trip next month

Can anyone comment that it’s worth it?

Did you purchase your room and air on the same credit card? Check with your credit card company as they may include trip insurance. Ours does (Citi). We used a third party for a past trip and it was good piece of mind. It was fairly inexpensive, but then we learned that our credit card company included trip insurance as a card perk if it was purchased on that card.

Thanks. Just called Citi and they stopped carrying trip insurance last September.

Weve always added it in with our trip budgets. We thankfully have never had to use it but its worth the minor amount of money to do it. I have had customers who have been fortunate to have had it in place when they needed it. In this life there are so many unplanned things that can all of a sudden affect your plans at the last minute. I am an optimist but it pays to be prepared.

Disney allows so much flexibility in their bookings, we have never seen the value in it.
