Travelling between resorts........

We will be staying at Wilderness Lodge in August and are thinking of booking a meal in the Contemporary. Using Disney transport, what would be the best way of getting to and from the Contemporary? In particular i'm wondering how difficult it will be going back to Wilderness Lodge if it's late in the evening as we are thinking of having dinner at The Wave or California Grill. Grateful for any help or advice

If I am not mistaken there is still a boat that runs between the Contemporary and WL. If that route no longer exists you could take the boat to MK and simply walk over. If time is tight, your quickest option will be a cab.

The blue flag boat runs from Fort wilderness to the Lodge to the Contemporary.

Be aware that it does stop running at some time of the night. I had to walk from the Contemporary to the MK to get the boat to the WL one night.
