Train Station in Kissimmee

Hi all,

This summer I'm going to have to pick up my sisters at the train station, when they arrive for our disney trip. Since I'll already be in Florida at the time, I've been given the honor of providing the transportation.

However, I've never been to the train station in Kissimmee, so if anyone has, and can offer any tips on driving from Disney to the station, I would be very grateful. Thanks!!

though i've never been there, and for that matter don't know of anyone that has rode a train this century, i'm interested in knowing how that turns out. 5.5 hours seems a little much for the Miami-Orlando run, i can drive it in about 2.5 hours (hope no FHP read this board )

I've never been to the train station in Kissimmee... just the one in Sanford... When I moved down here, I took the AutoTrain from DC to Sanford... it was a fun trip... I had never been on a train before... definetly something I'd consider doing again...

We take the train every year to Florida. But we go to the Orlando Station because Hertz rents cars right from there. Saves a ton of time!!!

Like Tyler, I have only been to the station in Sanford. I liked the auto train. Also, where you get on is a little stand that sells good green boiled peanuts.
