I highly doubt he is an animatronic. That would be a waste of money. Not every figure which has motion is an animatronic.

Agreed but they could do similar just not have a lot of motion but some.

It's wrong. Just watch the figures. They only do simple movements over and over again in consistent intervals.

They are classed as AAs. By definition they were animated figures that were programmed via audio code.

Im not sure whats going on with this photo, I was having trouble uploading it and now it's only a quarter of the picture. Anyway, the buildings circled in blue, are they going to be demolished? It seems the rest of the land area has been demo'd pretty well, but these buildings seem to be in the way.

There was a permit recently for refurbishment of at least part of that building, so it appears to be staying for now.

If that building is staying then how is TSL going to have an entrance to TSMM from behind TSMM

It will remain in use. As it stands neither land need the space.

Martin, any word on what will happen with the facades on the portions of SoA that are not demolished? Will they be left as is? Re-skinned to provide a more appropriate entrance to SWL?

It would make sense that the city facade would just be redressed as a segue into SWL. Same framework, different facade. They still have to hide the Muppets, but, I don't see that staying the way it is.
