Tom Brady, who co-wrote and directed The Hot Chick for Disney, has reteamed with the studio to rewrite The gy Dog remake, which the studio hopes to make with Tim Allen in the lead.

According to Variety, Brady may also direct the film, which was produced as a 1959 Disney feature about a boy who changes into a sheepdog at inopportune times.

The filmmaker said he planned to complete the rewrite in the next few weeks, at which time the studio would submit the script to Allen. Disney hopes to put "gy Dog" into production this year for release for 2004.

After the film, Brady will begin work on writing his pitch Stupid Love, which he will direct for Disney. The film is a romantic comedy about the silly nature of amour.

So would you say the movies like Laurence of Arabia, On the waterfront, Citizen Kane, the list could go on and on are too old to be enjoyed. If you look at most remakes the originals are much better like the original Nutty Professor and even The
Absent-Minded Professor was better then its 90's remake Flubber.

That is ridiculous.

Citizen Kane and Laurence of Arabia are bad examples. They are some of the most famous films of all time.

The gy Dog is .... well, the gy Dog. It is not a memorable film except for a few Disney fans. Not the sort of the film that won Oscars and is hailed by critics.
