Time needed for DHS Feb 2020?

Heading to WDW for a conference in February (week prior to Presidents day) and have some half days in the parks starting around 1:30-2p, giving me 7 or so hours in the parks. I'm usually a rope drop to park close kinda girl, so I'm struggling a little with planning this trip. My current plan is below. At this point I have FP booked for Epcot the last half day, but I'm wondering if I should switch to DHS. In the past I've always treated DHS as a one-day park and had plenty of leisurely down time to grab a beer or two throughout the day, but I'm not sure what to think now. I'm a big Star Wars fan so I definitely hope to ride both new rides on Day 2, I also have an Oga's reservation and Slinky FP that day. Basically, I really want to ride all the rides at both Epcot and DHS. I'm not as concerned about seeing too many of the shows, it would be great to have time but my heart won't be broken if we only catch Muppets 3D. Which park makes the most sense to book a few extra FP (let's be real, one FP that matters) on my last day because I'm less likely to have actually accomplished everything with my earlier schedule??

Day 1 (full): MK
Day 2 (full): DHS
Day 3 (full): MK then Epcot for evening EMH
Day 4: AK After Hours
Day 5 (half): Epcot
Day 6 (half): ????Epcot vs HS

TL;DR. how likely is it I'll be able to ride all the rides at DHS in a single day in February if I have a FP for Slinky?

Touring HS is a bit of a mess right now, given the Fastpass tiering: I think you'll need at least 2 rope drops at DHS (one for the remainder of Toy Story/RnR/ToT, and one for Star Wars), so you will most likely want to head to DH on your last day. (Is it possible to do all of DHS's rides in one day? I'm sure it is, but if you try, at some point you're going to be in a couple of 60-120-minute lines. For me, that would be totally prohibitive, but I'm old and impatient... ;) ) MK and Epcot will be way easier, with much better "day-of, 4th FP" availability and lower average standby waits.

Also, keep an eye on the "Rise of the Resistance" thread on this site, as the procedures for Galaxy's Edge are expected to change after the new year. They might add RoTR to EMH, or add FP+ functionality to one or both Galaxy's Edge attractions, or switch around Fastpass tiers -- or they could do none of those things and we'd still be looking at boarding groups -- which is probably the ideal situation for February visitors like you and me, since it means you don't need to use your one Tier 1 Fastpass on RoTR, and are likelier to see an early park opening and a longer stretch of low-wait post-rope-drop time.

Good luck! Please let us know how you make out. My family arrives 2/17 and I'm anticipating horrible crowds, crappy park hours, long and mismanaged queues, inexplicably reduced attraction capacity, and inaccurate and constantly-fluctuating communications from Disney about everything RoTR-related. (This way, if anything of those things don't happen, I will be pleasantly surprised and delighted!!! This is how I have learned to avoid Disney disappointments.) :)
