We are there to scare you then... so the rudeness is kinda anticipated.

The only thing that scared me was my wifes deranged behaviour and the predictability of the effects used. The effect of shock is deminished if over played ( see Spielburgs comments about Jaws).

And as a military instructor Im not overly concerned about the nicetiese of life, until it involves parting with cash:animwink:

I meant I went during them, but I was there all day as well. In fact, we were on a VIP Trip. We had free admission, free hotel, free passes for the HHN and then a party with FOX TV show stars. We were there for 4 days. The HHN was fabulous. The people working were wild. It was a great time, I said that earlier. It was during the day that many of the workers there were rude and all around unpleasant to be around. I am spoiled I suppose from years of DIsney, but they were overly not pleasant. During the HHN, it was great, I didn't see any of the workers I had seen during the day that I knew of. It was the scariest, eeriest thing I ever experienced. I loved it, but would never pay to go there.

You must have just had a bad day, I went there at least once a week for a year and I don't rememeber anything bad about the people working there. And about HHN, I've been the last 4 years, the haunted houses are what I go for. Every year at Halloween (last 2 years) I go to a friends house where we make a haunted house and alot of people actually goes in it. I love being in them, its great!

Oh okay, I didn't realize that you had been there during the day too. That is weird though... I would be inclined to agree with blm07 on this one because I consider Uni to be my home park (commence with the accusations of betrayal), and a great deal of that is due to the fact that I like the service at Uni better, especially recently. Disney service seems to be loosing a lot of the magic... where as at Universal I don't feel as if something is missing or being lost. Maybe I have just been to Disney a few too many times, but I have to say Uni Guest Relations have been on an upturn while Disney's seems to be declining...

And Nakasak... what branch are you an instructor for?

Sorry I was gone from the computer for a couple of hours. Man when I returned! Dude, you need to chill out. I know it sucks when you're wrong so you have to lash out at someone else but calm down. When your backs against the ropes instead of coming up with a logical rebuttal or another good argument you have to attack the other person. I guess you are a true Universal fan. No orignal thoughts, just bashing something that is superior. Let's just leave it as at. Before anyone gets kicked off these boards.

Nice to see the mods jumped all over this post as much as they jumped all over mine.

I must admit that the Disney Cast Members are way more friendly compared to the Universal Employees.I remember the one time I went to IOA and I hoped on there raft ride ( I forget what it is called) any way I did the standard of taking off my shirt and just wearing my Speedo on the ride. The employee at the ride told me to put back on my shirt and shorts because she said that "I was grossing her out". Can you belive this, every time I have rode Kali River Rapids I have always just worn my Speedo and I have never heard a peep from a Disney Cast Member, just the standard " have a wonderful adventure". This is one of many reasons why Disney is so much superior to Universal.

I'm not one to usually doubt stories around here, but you're honestly saying with a straight face that you have ALWAYS been able to undress inside a Disney park, while riding an attraction?

If making fun of someone else is a sign of insecurity, then Universal must have a little something complex.

I liked Universal before they felt the need to do the Disney bashing. Now, I could care less about them no matter what kind of rides they have.

I am proud of Disney for showing some class and not stooping to Universal's level.

aHEM....you mean Marc's Tink! lol

I liked Shrek, and I like Disney movies. I like all good quality movies. There's no certain "formula" that I stick with. (Although I think Monsters Inc deserved the award for best animated picture that year)

I'm sorry, but I've never heard about people taking their pants off to ride a water ride...
