It's official, "Tigger," um, Michael, was found NOT GUILTY.

Jury deliberation only lasted a couple of minutes!

And no, the jurors didn't all try on the Tigger costume, which was something the defense wanted them to do.

Thanks for getting this up so fast. I was just on the orlando sentinel's and on the Orlando NBC affiliate's websites at 6:15 p.m. EST with no mention of the outcome.

I suppose this now officially becomes chapter 2 to the urban legend of the 3 little molesters?

Tigger, you can come home now!

As I expected, and as the parents expected, Now they can finally can make it a civil case... for the money, IMO that's what they were after in the first place...

Let's wait and see what follows...

I liked the trial testimony of the civil trial lawyer, called by the defense (paraphrased):

Q: Did the family come to see you about a civil lawsuit?

A: Yes, but I turned it down because it didn't look like there was much money in it.

Updated Pictures

As I mentioned in my "costume" thread, I have added some new pictures from today's proceedings to my photo album. This time Defense attorney Kaufman put on the entire suit and addressed the jury. If you want to see the news media images, click on the link below.

Well the good news is this family claims they'll never come to Disney again. How appalling that someone would try to do this, and taint the Magic for all the rest of us.

I looked at the evidence photos on one of the links. How on earth do they expect a character to put his arm around a guest's waist without his huge hand possibly escaping the waist area?? All this time I thought the "photo evidence" showed Tigger touching someone's breast - not her underarm. Geez Louise.

Thank goodness this case was only about a guy in a Tigger-like suit and not the REAL Tigger!
