Ticket help

Hi,
We are a family traveling from ireland with our son who is 19 and has a severe learning disability and uses a wheelchair. We have been to disneyworld in the past and it didn’t quite work for us. We had to buy a 7 or 14 day ticket and ended up only using 4 days which turned out to be really bad value. We were hoping to buy a 2 day pass for magic kingdom and Hollywood studios. Is there a way in advance to buy such tickets as there doesn’t seem to be that option offered in the UK or ireland. We do hope some of you can help. many thanks in advance. Jillian

You can buy your tickets separately from a third party site, like Undercover Tourist. That way you can buy the US tickets for as many days as you want.

With date-based tickets now, you need to select your start date, and they are no longer valid for 14 days unless you pay a premium. If you get a 2-day ticket, it will be valid for 4 days, starting on the first date.

If you prefer, I think you can also buy them direct from Disney. If you go to the WDW site, you’ll see at the top of the page towards the right a blue globe icon with “U.K. & Ireland (English) next to it. Click on that and you can change it to United States (English). Then go to the tickets page. I just went all the way through the process until payment so it looks like we can buy from the US site.
