Tiana's Bayou Adventure: Disneyland Watch & Discussion

I didn't ask if they were recycled, I asked if they felt recycled. And no, they did not.

They absolutely did. Sorry we have to disagree on this.

They didn't go after the Geese because they aren't the main character. Brer Rabbit is and was a trickster, so they were going after him because it was personal.

Oh so the story of splash required some insider knowledge of the story and character motivations that wasn't presented in the actual ride? That's interesting.

There are certain individuals whom the Ignore button was designed for. Blocking folks who consistently engage in bad faith discussion (or try to push some kind of outside agenda) did wonders for me a while ago. If someone is really trying to claim that certain attractions (ex. Splash, Mansion, Pirates, etc.) aren't objectively good from a design standpoint, then you might actually be having a discussion with a brick wall. You can't instill logic in it, just understand the futility and walk away. Your mind will thank you.

This is pretty good advice actually. Let's not pretend that people with Brer in their user name are actually giving an objective opinion.

Interesting choice of words. Would have made more sense if they included Dr. Facilier. SMH. What’s being summoned on this ride other than a nap?

Well, yes. That’s right.

It’s too predictable at this point. I honestly don’t think I’ve seen one positive review that’s more than a couple vague sentences long. Weird. But usually it’s just “it’s fine.” I guess when it’s just “fine” there really isn’t much to say or articulate on.

Nobody's asking for essays. I just want to know how any person with all of their faculties about them can say this ride is better.

I’m convinced that if someone comes to that conclusion they are trolling, shilling, have extremely low standards/ don’t understand the art form or are not participating in good faith.

With a stance like this its no wonder people are line up to respond to your grilling about why they like this or any other change you've taken personally over the years.

Maybe instead of treating every poster who likes something you don't as a hostile witness and contempt maybe actually respond with some compassion and understanding about why they like something you don't.

Well point me to one detailed, thoughtful, well written review around here on why TBA is great.
You all chase off anyone that has had any positivity to say about the attraction, its been going on for 4 years. So why should someone come and give you a personal review just so you can pick it apart.

As @DrAlice said about her experience at WDWs Tiana, "everyone was having a great time, singing along. People left the ride happy and went off in search of merch or beignets to buy. It's a Disney win"

That is all the review that is needed.
