Thoughts about Tinkerbell

I was just thinking about a post I had read on reasons why Tink could not be a character at the parks. Most of them revolved around her being so small. I thought that sounded about right, but then I remembered we saw Jiminy Cricket when we were there in June, so why not Tink? It is the same sort of thing with them both being small. Just a thought! I would love to meet Tink some day!! :sohappy: I also think she has become a very popular character recently and I would love to see more merchandise on her.

I remember one of the repsonses on that thread making the point that people would want to see her fly, since she does so during the evening fireworks, and she wouldn't be able to fulfill that request every time Also, imagine the kids asking to be sprinkled with pixie dust and trying to fly afterwards....

Not so weird. None of the non-face characters are allowed to talk. If they were allowed, and she wasn't, then that would be strange.

But if Tinker Bell were a non-face character, it would be a lot more natural. But I would see it awkward to see a face character address guests without anything coming out of her mouth. :lol:

Tink is magical! I like that she does not appear like the other characters!

I love Tink! She is pixie dust and far away dreams!

I'm torn on Tink making appearances. Part of me wants her to because she's a character and therefore entitled to have meet and greets. But that's also just the selfish side of me coming out and wanting a Tink pic. On the other hand, she's such a magical (not the right word, but hopefully you get my drift) character, and it makes sense that the only time you actually get to see her is during Wishes. Having her out in Town Square in the morning and roaming the park all day would take away some of the thrill of that moment when she finally appears and flies. Or something.

I think she should stay being only seen during the fireworks. It makes it such a magical and unique experience. Having her walk around the parks would take away from that some. It may be neat thought to have Pater Pan have a little Tink that he holds and can shake pixie dust on those he deems appropriate. I have gotten pixie dust from some custodians and others, so there really isn't a lack of pixie dust.

She's Quite The Villain!

Maybe she could appear with Hades, the Queen of Hearts and other villains, since she is listed as a Disney Villain.

All I have to say is that little bug has a good head on her shoulders...when push comes to shove, she sides with us good ol' pirates! :drevil:

I have seen posts about pixie dust or being dusted by pixie dust! I never have seen pixie dust.

What does it look like? Someone please tell me!!
