This Hotel!

Okay, for many years, I have been trying to find the name of this old abandoned hotel on International Drive. Its been deserted for years and im wondering why it hasnt been operational?

The hotel is the pink building in the background near the palm tree, there are two pink deserted buildings, but this picture only shows one.

If it's the same building I am thinking of, I think it was supposed to be condos at one time. I don't think it was ever opened. I'm sure someone here knows!

That is actually going to be a hotel in the near future. Building began on the hotel in the late 90's, but soon after the completion of the exterior of the building, the owner went bankrupt. Construction came to a hault. This past summer, however, someone new bought the building. It is being finished on the inside, and the exterior is being repainted blue and grey instead of the pink.
