The WORST ride at WDW

My vote is for the Tomorrowland Speedway at MK. My reasons: pollution, noise, slow loading, 52 inch height requirement to drive. Small children can't budge the steering wheel.

The attraction's theming has nothing to do with Tomorrowland. What does a bunch of smelly, slow moving go-carts have to do with the future?

There are 3 or 4 go-cart places near my house that do a better job, which should be embarrassing to WDW.

It's got a large foorprint in a prime location. Just imagine what they could build there instead!
The one in Disneyland was 1. Original to Tomorrowland, and the only attraction left from the original tomorrowland, and 2. is longer and better than the one in WDW. Yet, the one in WDW is a thrill to those who cannot legally drive. The height requirement is not to drive, but to drive alone. It's supposed to be "Racing into the future" and that is how it fits in.

It will also be forever known as the location where 1. My dad insisted on riding with me, even though I was 14 years old and did not need adult supervision. 2. He took forever to get out of the car and 3. He tripped and busted his knee open, and then tried to tell my mother that I pushed him. Which she didn't believe because she saw that I got in second and therefore out first. He still has the scar and calls it the evil ride now.

From the sounds of things on this board, I think everyone would agree that Expedition Everest is the worst ride because the Yeti is broken.

Alien Encounter...??/ MY SON WAS 11 AND CAME OUT CRYING... It was frightening. But it was great.... We are not fans of Stitch. We ride it if everything else is packed but we do not like it and we ALWAYS talk about how much we miss the days of the fright filled encounter!!!

The three cabelleros, the three caballeros, they say we are birds of a feather!!!! We're happy amigos No matter where he goes, the one, two, and three goes. We're always together. AAAHHH! We have the stars to guide us! Guitars here beside us to play as we go. We dance and we samba and shout "Ay carumba!" What means aya carumba. Oh yes, I don't know.

Ahh!!! My eyes are burning!! :(

I really wish I got to do alien encounter!
Well, not to be a snoop, but you were 4 when it closed. You sure that was too young? Lol, just kidding. It really wasn't worth it. But hey, you may have liked it. It wasn't doing that well when it closed.

Why don't you like the Mexican Boat Ride anyway? Do you remember much of it when it was El Rio del Tiempo instead of Donald?
Yes, but what I really hate about the boat ride is that it's all screens except the iasw type scene. There were supposed to be AA calleberos in the finale, but they were too CHEAP to recycle animatronics from the Mickey Mouse revue!

That show closed in the eighties. I think it would have been cheaper to make new ones than recycle and update those. Besides, with the screens, they can integrate the Mexican scenery. I think suddenly sticking in animatronics would have been awkward.

The entire Mickey Mouse Revue was shipped off to Tokyo so they could not recycle any of it.

My daughter (8), who does not ride much but slow and dark rides (seriously- no dumbo- it goes too high- and goofy's barnstormer? no way- it's a roller coaster!:D ) LOVES the mexico boat ride. Might be one of her favorite rides in all the parks! we watch 3 caballeros at least monthly in my house- one of her favorite disney movies of all time!

Pumbas Nakasak

Heading for the great escape.
The buses, slow, stinky, polluting, rough as chuff and at times dangerous, and thats just the occupants, the coaches themselves are hellish. Time for Volvo BVanhool or even Alexanders
