The World Cup and WDW

After just watching the World Cup draw, i have realised I will be at WDW during the knockout stages. Will anywhere in the world show the games? Or do you know of any local places outside the world which will show the games. As I don't want to miss England's unlikely triumph!

ESPN on the Boardwalk I would assume would have all of the games televised.

What time does it open? As these games are going to be quite early due to the time difference.
