They wait until it's a known commodity that has stayed relevant. </li> </ol>HP isn't going to lose popularity as a land due to its stellar theming. There's still plenty to be recreated for HP (Forbidden Forest, MoM, something from Fantastic Beasts) and high-quality always draws in audiences.
