The planning crazies!

I am struggling with the decision whether to use Kingdom Konsultant's to book my upcoming WDW trip. We are in Australia and have been to WDW before but only for 3 days so it was quite a rushed trip and we wanted to go back and explore and enjoy everything properly. Our plans are to travel around the US a little first then arrive in Orlando via hire car and spend 5 nights at a moderate resort then 5 nights at the Wilderness lodge. We also want to go to Universal & Discovery Cove at some point too. I have booked trips before I'm just not sure whether having someone else take on the stress is going to be a good or bad thing. I know Kingdom Konsultant's actually sponsor this forum but I was hoping for some feedback from customers. Did it take away from the experience or did you feel more in control of everything?

I've never used KK but they have been associated with these boards for like forever. @Pam and her team are always lurking about the boards and posting useful bits to help other members,
What's most important is that other members on here do use them and sing very highly of their services,

I am a control freak. I also love using a travel agent, so let me tell you why.

I am online constantly finding discount codes and things like that to help my trip. I love doing it and that won't change.
I don't want to sit on the phone with Disney for hours trying to apply those things to my package. I call my TA when I find those codes and she takes care of that for me.

I make my own ADRs and FPP.
