The only speaker should be Chester Arthur. I think Millard Fillmore should break dance. Other than that, I'd replace most of the presidents with secretaries of the Interior and the occasional circuit court judge.

I'll bet what would go over big would be to have the "interns" for each president instead of the president. That would be a hoot.

What was political from the last few posts? It was a mostly polite conversation ... it's hard to talk about any changes then

I thought so, too. Apparently no discussion that in any way includes the President is allowed. In the Hall of Presidents thread. It's a pity to have this squashed. Maybe Mueller will uncover the truth about WDI's interactions with the White House.

That's a good point. There can't be that much room on stage. I would imagine they would have to pick the important Presidents when that happens (Washington, Lincoln,etc..). 50 years down the road they can't have 100 AAs on stage.

There's more than enough room on the stage. Certainly until the show undergoes a larger change, whenever that may be.

I'd be surprised if the new figure has a speaking role.

Me too. It seems like there has been a lot of talk about that recently. I think with all the controversy and available, they will just forego the speaking role.

This to me would be extremely offensive.
Pretty sure with the negative press from cancelling Last Man Standing Disney does not want to do that.

They need to follow whatever they did for the previous President, otherwise they are interjecting themselves needlessly into political discourse.

If the current president can't make time, then what else can they do? You keep throwing out "offensive" ... it's not.

Let me add my thoughts are not based on any personal opinion of the current president or any personal political views.

I know. Mine either. I am not a fan but he is still the president. I just think it is a mixture of both issues. However, I believe it is more because of his availability.

I don't think he - or she - was ever intended to have a main role in the revised show.

That makes sense. It would make it easier to add the new presidents if they didn't have to worry about speaking roles.
