All right everyone Project 0 is here. Ever noticed how lonely toy story Midway Mania is in Pixar Place? Well now is your chance to populate that area. Using any of the below listed pixar films you can design a ride that will be placed there.

UP
WALL-E

The marking rubric is:

Originality: /10
Creativity: /10
Fun: /10
Realism: /10
Details: /10
Presentation: /10

To layout everything in the game:

Everyone hands in a project. They then send me a PM of who they want to eliminate. We will take it into account but it is the judges decision. Every project, the person with the highest marks all around will be safe that round from elimination. We will have surprises throughout the season. This is a personal assignment, so no teams.

Good luck, this is due by this Sunday. if not handed in by sunday at 11:59 P.M. you will get 0/10 on Presentation. So remember to have this in. Good luck and have fun

Okay well...I have no interest in that. Neither of those films have any business in Hollywood Studios, let alone Pixar Place if you ask me, So I think I'm out. Sorry guys. Maybe I'll pm you if something happens to cross my mind.

Well Actually, before I jump the gun, let's nail down some specifics.

RIDE Isn't really in the Disney Vocabulary. Is your goal for us to design an Attraction? And if so what is your definition of attraction? And if not then what is your definition of RIDE. RIDE is a very limited term, but when you say attraction you could mean anything from Toy Story Mania, to The American Idol Experiance, to The new Phineas and Ferb Greeting area, to Fantasmic!. Can you nail down some specifics there?

we are giving you some options on this. Either a dark ride, coaster (kid friendly please), 3D show. No 3D shooting galleries please because there are already one of those in Pixar Place

hey come on, these guys are putting together a fun little game for everyone to enjoy in their spare time, show them a little respect. just relax a little, stop being confrontational and dealing with minor technicalities.

Just a quick question, are we to assume that the Monsters Inc door coaster will definately be built in Soundstage 1, or should our attraction be located in Soundstage 1?

For example, say we were allowed to use "A Bug's Life", would I be allowed to turn the HISTK playground and the surounding area A Bug's Land, or would I have to create a new ride in SS1?
Thanks so much, and looking forward to seeing final projects! Good Luck Everyone!

EDIT: Should we assume the Backlot Tour is outta here? What are the boundaries?

the attraction MUST be in Pixar place. Play area's/ sub lands ARE fine. The boundries are those of your imagination. Pretend you have land behind Pixar Place to house the attraction, not too much, just the roads are pushed back a bit. I didn't know they were considering a monsters inc. door coaster.

My apologies. I wasn't attempting to be confrontational, and I'm sorry for coming off that way. I take imagineering seriously and believe that they are who they are because of small details, if it weren't for the details they would be little more than a carnival. That being said...Sorry guys I think I'm going to have to sit this one out. As I mentioned I only have limited time to work on things like this and I have a bigger project that is a bigger priority right now. But I wish you all luck, and I can't wait to see what you all come up with!

I love the whole premise and everything you guys are going but is there anyway we could have until next Monday night? Literally a full week? I don't have alot of time during the days to work so any extra time would be appreciated....But great first project...my idea just hit me.

i think they spaced it out so they could do the judging, if we don't give them a day to judge, we wont know who is eliminated before the next round comes up.
