Trip to Disney (driving) for 10 days for 12 people, 3 families, and 3 generations. Cost-app $20000
Trip to Six flags-4 nights-cost app $2800
Trip to beach with 2nd row 3 bedroom 3bath beach house 7 days-$3500.
Cost for the mom of the group at the beach who has to entertain her 70-something parents and in laws, meal plan for three meals a day for 12 people - then cook it all and clean it all up, entertain her teenagers and/ or elementary aged children 16 hours a day, referee fights between the cousins (because we're all in the same house and not separate hotel rooms) = her entire sanity

No thanks. 😂 I'll take $20k at Disney (which will probably be split 4 ways between myself, my parents, and my in laws and my sister/ brother in law - because I'm assuming the group 12 is made up of 2 sets of grandparents and two families of 4) But honestly - I traveled to WDW with my extended family for 4th of July weekend 2021 - 11 of us, 3 generations -, stayed at the Yacht Club, ate some really nice dinners (Il Mulino and the like) and we were there for 5 days/ 4 nights with 3 day park hoppers and it was probably a little bit more costly than $166 ($20k/12 people/ 10 days) per person, per day.

However, my father in law has very little mobility now. Six Flags and the beach are no longer available to him. But WDW is one of the most scooter friendly places on earth. I would pay double what we paid last 4th of July to have the memories we made - Worth every penny.
