We’re not talking about the $75 beer flights or $42 cocktails in Oga’s Cantina. Or even the $100 astromechs at Droid Depot that you assemble yourself. Or the $200 lightsabers at Savi’s Workshop that will run you more than the cost of admission to the Anaheim park.

We’re talking big ticket items that will set you back more than a Disneyland annual pass, your monthly house payment or even a new car.

You’ll need to bring a wheelbarrow full of cold hard cash or put a big dent in your platinum credit card if you want to shop like a big spender on Batuu because the merchants of Black Spire Outpost don’t accept galactic credits.<<

The $25,000 full-size astromech droid on sale in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland has attracted more buyers than you might expect for such a big ticket item.

Three of the pricey remote controlled R-units were sold at the Droid Depot shop during the new Star Wars land’s first week of operation at the Anaheim theme park, according to Disneyland employees.<<

It's amazing what some geeks will blow their money on. No weirder than a non-geek spending a quarter million on imported bathroom tiles or $1,000 sundaes, I guess. (Opens another box of Pop Tarts).
