Thanksgiving week room discounts

We are wanting to go to WDW from Nov 17th-Nov 22nd this year and stay at the All Star Music family suites. Is this a blackout week or would a 30% room discount apply(if that's what the discount is)? The rack rate is $364/night according to Mousesavers. The disney website quoted me $313/night for those dates. Free dining was offered last year except the days surrounding Thanksgiving were blacked out. Anyone know if we would be able to get discounts on some of the days?

Normally Thanksgiving and Christmas week are blackout weeks but if you check in prior to the blackout dates if it is blacked out, you can still have the available offer for your whole stay. Just depends once offers are released where they fall for this year etc. They will not give you some days if say you check in prior to the offer etc. You would have to do a split stay if it would start after you check in. But as o noted if you check in during the qualifying dates it applies to your whole stay no need for a split stay.

We are in the same situation as we will be there from 11/20 to 11/26. From what I have seen there are usually black out dates for the room only discount for the Wed, Thurs, and Friday of thanksgiving week. The free dining promo (if they offer one) has a little longer black out period.
