For CoP I was thinking the scenes could be:

#1 - 50's since you're walking in out of the 1950's
#2 - 80's enough updates from that era
#3 - 2010's
#4 - Future

I also think it's important to have Sarah or another family member front and center with John in each scene.

I think this is probably the right way to go.

We also need our store.

How about like this, from looking down Main Street. O an for the inserts I'll put numbers and letter so that you can just put the number or letter of what it is before your idea.

If you need to copy and paste something, I will so that we can have it saved and what not. I'm also going to print our final copies of the parks for later times. You never know if this could look good somewhere for team work and creativeness.

All stores in a fifties theme.

On the (A.)left you see a clothes store that is named (1.___) It sells all of your favorite apparel to keep you warm or cool depending on the season.

(B.)Next to that is the (2.)gas station. Outside is where you can have assistance pump your gas. Inside you can ask for directions (customer service) and buy little things, like a coke, pins, pens, and whatever trinket/toy suits your mood at the moment.

(C.)Last is the (3.)Silverware store that you can buy what ever you need for your house(can try to incorporate house into later attraction) or trip. They have cups, plates, kitchen ware, and also gardening items.

It's okay, I'm gonna be busy in two weeks, so don't worry, you're not the only one.

A quick and mainly pointless post..

I'll a lot more available tomorrow and Sunday. Work/Golf/Hockey tonight. I've been thinking of ideas but don't have the time to post while working today.

I really like this idea, do you think a major store like the Emporium should still be included on the other side?

Yes. Emporium=1900, Department Store=1950s.
This would be perfect. It could be modeled after a store like Woolworths and we could put the diner right next to it (as it's own entity) making it look like it's part of the store since many had their own diners. My Grandma's small town in IA had a Woolworths on their 'main street' well into my youth and the building hadn't changed much since it opened in the 40/50's. The departments were very disticantly separated and they had everything under the sun. It would be pretty easy for us to use that much space, dividing the rooms in to characters/movies/types of gifts, etc.

For CoP should we use a Theater facade so that it blends in with the rest of the street?

Any ideas for the M&Gs?

Cool. I like that idea.

disneyroyal - Are you doing a map with the numbers/letters for us to reference? Or is that after we have our ideas together? Sorry, I read that post a couple of times, but I'm not fully grasping it (I'm blaming it on too much sun today :) )

Um, yes I can try to do that.

Those three stores were my emporium sort of... Idk, that's how I tried to put it.

Ok, I wasn't sure if they were meant to be like those on the right side going down Main Street USA in the Magic Kingdom, or if you working like it was one Megastore separated by the different facades outside.

Guys, as its been obvious by this point; I'm pretty darn busy :( this has been the first time to freely write on our thread.

As well, it looks like I won't have much extra in free time, and this busy streak may not end. so, rather than you guys have an unaccounted wheel, I'm going to drop for now.

I'm sorry about that; I hope I can pick up later maybe. :(

Good luck, team Seabase Alpha!
