Tattoos and working at WDW

So I know there are some guidelines about appearance for working at WDW, but my question is, for those working in retail, guest relations, or reservations, can you have a small to medium sized tattoo on the inside of your ankle? Thanks!

My guess would be that as long as a Guest can't see it, you're good to go, but I could be wrong.

No visible tattoos permitted. If your costume leaves a tattoo showing, you must cover it so it's not obvious.

you have to cover it up with clothing or makeup cover up

And you can not just put a band-aid on it! You have to have it covered at all times, this goes for any cast member...even if you are at the call centers, you MUST meet Disney look guide lines which state no visable tattoos.
