Swimming before room is ready

We are staying at the Grand Floridian Villas in March, renting DVC points. We will get to the resort before 4 and I'd read it's very rare for DVC rooms to be ready before 4. If I go ahead and check in I can probably still swim in the pool, even if our room isn't ready, right? I assume since I'm checked in it shouldn't be a problem. Thanks!

I've always arrived in the morning and never had a problem getting into a pool as I always used online check-in. I have rented points several times and never had to wait until 4pm to get a room. Often, I would be notified of my room assignment while on the Magical Express or shortly after arriving. Saying that, I might have been lucky each time and I was staying at Poly.

Yes once youve checked in you are considered their guest and are in the system. You have use of all facilities. They just havent given you a place to call your own yet.
