Sure Wish I was there

Been watching the WDW Site since reopen, Sure wish I was there, can anyone answer, is WDW allowing for new quests with purchased ticket in yet, or just the seasonal ticket owners that still had park tickets. Next question, with no fast pass, no fireworks, no parades, only half of the cast members, no park hopping, limited restrictions of park attendance, plus having to have additional reservations just to get into the parks, has Disney lowered the price of daily tickets to bring people back in or are they still at full price? Also What is being done about the added costs of a park hopper ticket if you still have one and they are not allowing you to hop, is there a refund process? just wondering I have not seen any mention yet to these question's yet.
