Summit at MetroWest

May be moving in the next couple of months to Orlando. :sohappy: I've begun apartment hunting. I found this one that I think is really nice Summit at MetroWest http://www.summitatmetrowest.com/index.htm ... any comments from people who live/d there, live in the area, info about the area - is it nice, etc?, and of course the all important question... distance to WDW.

I also like Sabal Palm at LBV. Other places you would suggest I look at... need a 2 bedroom.

For us it has been a long, sometimes fun, sometimes grueling process. We have spent way too many hours on the following websites:

www.aptratings.com

We did like the "save to my picks" feature on some of the sites because after awhile it felt like I was looking at the same floor plan over and over again, lol...

In the end we finally got it narrowed down to two places, and after a short phone call we narrowed it down to the Alexan at Legacy Dunes. After you read the reviews on the High School in Celebration and Reedy Creek Elementary it was an easy choice to want our kids to go there.

They actually just got done faxing me my rental application! Hmm...nope, no convictions, I should be alright.

It is pretty nice...and in a nice area. I used to live at Centergate Metrowest, which is now Colonial Grand at Metrowest....both are nice.

Thanks for the input... I was on apartments.com and saw quite a few nice ones, but am not sure about the area they are in... any idea how far summit is from wdw... i'm also going to check out colonial grand
