I remember there was s site called "B's Stuck Stories"...it had some really interesting...er, yeah, interesting stories of some 101's (disneyspeak for breakdown)....anyway, i can't find it anymore and what better place to ask than you guys...

I was on SE once, and we kept stopping...once going up, once in the mid-section, by the printing press section, i think, and twice going down, backwards...crazy, isn't it?

got any to share?

this isnt in wdw, but journey to atlantis in Seaworld, just a few metres away from the big final drop for about 10mins! arrrrrrrrrgh! i was hoping that we would have to get out and walk down , because i didnt want to do the big drop! lol! im glad i did though!

i would be interested in that site if anyone has the address

Well, the only one that really had a great impact on me was when we stopped for a few minutes in Spaceshop Earth, RIGHT IN FRONT of that little kid that yelled Ëxtra, extra, New York Daily!" Argh! His voice!!!!:brick: We were so happy when we started moving again, only to stop again after a couple of feet, STILL HEARING HIM SHOUTING!!! :hammer:

I guess the only thing worse than that would be getting stuck in It's a Small World... :dazzle:

We got stuck on Test Track- a few times. Every time was in the building, which was good, considering the heat (this was in early September).

This was towards the beginning, when they were still having a lot of problems with it.

After a few minutes I really started feeling claustrophobic! You know when you're buckled up and you really want to stretch your legs but you can't, and then you start to go a little crazy? That was me. :hammer:

We where on the Universe of Energy when we got past the dinosaurs and the movie with the cavemen started. After a couple minutes the power just shut off on the ride. :lookaroun :confused: we sat there in total darkness for a while until the emergency lights came on and we where escorted off the ride by a CM. We found out that all of EPCOT lost power for a 1/2 hour that day.

Several years ago we got stuck in Carousel of Progress. I can't remember what seen it was on, but we stayed there for at least 3 or 4 scenes. Right before the seats started moving again, someone suggested that everyone sing "There's a great big beautiful tomorrow" along with the show. Once everyone started singing, the seats started moving. It was pretty neat!:)

SE is a regular occurance (because they need to stop it for handicapped persons) so this has happened to me almost every single time i ride. I've gotten stuck on Test Track right before the "speed test" that leads you outside (is it me, or do rides ALWAYS break down right before the "big moment"?). The Dinosaur one happened to me for quite a while in pitch darkness (being Cuban tho, with my Cuban friend, and 4 cuban people behind me i'd never met, we started screaming and fooling around.....it was quite funny. Probably gave Miami a bad impression, hehe).

My parents and sister tell me the worst shutdown theyve been thru was CoP like 10 years ago, for 3 hours during a thunderstorm. Needless to say, they've been singing "Now is The Time" (Old WDW CoP theme song) and have refused to ride CoP ever since.

I've Been Stuck on the Haunted Mansion for about 30 Minutes Before but Luckily there Were these 2 college kids who were cracking jokes and keeping me very entertained. I got ed when the Ride Started Again.

Stuck in COP

My wife and I got stuck at the last scene (the future) on COP. We heard and saw the scene 3 times before we started moving again. We joke about it now.:lol: :veryconfu

I have bad luck on rides...

Stuck on Test Track on the deepest bank for 6-7 minutes. The seatbelt was painful. The scariest part was we were the only car on the outside tracl, and when I looked back to the building where you come speeding out a car was coming!! But then we started moving.

During a rainstorm in august we rode El Rio del Tiempo for almost 2 hours!!!

I got stuck on ToT in the drop shaft before the first drop for 15 minutes. Then all of a sudden they dropped us, out of nowhere. Scared the hell out of everyone.

Then the worst was when I was stuck on Small World for about an hour. I'm still having nightmares from that one.

Got stuck on Test Track, outside near the the thing that tells you how fast you are going, after the car I was riding in got a flat and we had to wait twenty minutes to a half-an-hour for them to replace the tire that was flat.

Stuck On Splash Mountain

A couple of years back, I got stuck on Splach Mountain during an E-night. All of the boats ended up bunched up at the foot of the climb to the big drop. They kept making announcements that they were trying to recycle the program, but never had any success. It seems that one of the boats had been taken out of service and the computer thought it was still on the ride and couldn't find it and the system refused to reset. After about 30 minutes, they came through and took us out of the boats one at a time and walked us out. Very orderly but you could tell that the CM's were being very careful because the walkways were wet and they were really worried about all the people walking in there. By the time we got out, E-night was over and we had to leave.

i got stuck on the RnRC it was really cool. Right durning the breaking section our train stopped. The lights came on and you can see everything. They made us get out of the train and walk down the track. It was so cool being able to see the RnRC with the lights on. They gave us all free fastpass's to ride again after being stuck

Got stuck on Splash once and had to evacuate through the back. We exited just before the last hill, through the door on the right.

I also got stuck on COP a LONG time ago. Sat through the 2nd scene 7 times. By the 3rd time through the entire crowd started quoting the show. Saying everyone's lines and such. Pretty funny!:D

However painful it is to bring these memories up, I'll do it to amuse you. This was like 15 years ago, I was on Small World and it broke down 3 times over the course of the 'trip' through for a total of about 45 minutes of wait time.

I've not been on that ride since.

We got stuck last February on Splash Mountain right before the drop to the laughing place. We sat there for about 30 minutes while CM's ran around trying to fix things. It was pretty cool as all the lights were on down below and you could see some of the innerworkings of the ride.

My worst has to be on test track. We were stuck for about 10 minutes in the cold room and water dripped on us the entire time and we got soaked in the cold.
