I was wondering if anyone had a list that some psychologist made I believe that lists the top stresses in life. In HS or College I can't remember, but we had to go through the list and mark down what our stresses where, and find out our "stress level"

If anyone has it, I would love it, thanks if you can!

I know this will make me look very sad, but without looking, I think the scale was made by Holmes and Rahe 1967. Feel free to ridicule or correct me.

Yes getting married IS a major stressor! I know you were wondering!
I had a hard time to keep from throwing up at my wedding. However, Pepto Bismol saved the day!
