If what they say is true, about the show being before the initial court trial, then he would still be known as Experiment 626FamilyMan said:Any clue as to they'll call him "Stitch" in the show or "Exp. 626?"
WDI felt by adding a Stitch overlay to the existing core Alien attraction, that they could reinvigorate it, boost numbers at the attraction, and give MK something new. The existing Alien Encounter was unfortunately losing popularity with a lot of guests.RidesChica07 said:I think stitch will be really good but why did they take off Alien Encounter n e wayz ?? couldnt they have but it in a different building ? oh well if n e ones noes ple send me a message![]()

and don't forget the merchandise!
According to AL Weiss the biggest reason for the switch was not because Alien Encounter was a bad attraction or the lack of attendance but because the majority of people first turn right when entering the Magic Kingdom. This brings them first to Tomorrow Land and the very first attraction they come across was Alien Encounter. The upper management felt that since this was the very first attraction many people would go on, it did not represent the Magic Kingdom as a family park and would put a bad taste in some families mouths who did not expect such a scary attraction. So, unfortunately it was the original placement of the attraction that caused its demise.RidesChica07 said:I think stitch will be really good but why did they take off Alien Encounter n e wayz ?? couldnt they have but it in a different building ? oh well if n e ones noes ple send me a message![]()
