I would think before the GotG opening in 2021, considering the pace of development of both. It'll be done long before.

They probably won't be serving antsy, but you will probably be able to order crispy fried mynocks. I hear they taste like calamari. Or was it chicken.....

They have already said it will open by the end of 2019. I would be very surprised if we saw anything about that until after the Galaxy's Edge opening so they can keep the message focused.
