Statistics don't lie.

Anybody else have this experience?
On our last visit we ate @ Cosmic Ray's for lunch. As we walked in the door near Sonny Eclipse, he was cracking one of his famous puns. Long story abreviated, we bought and ate our lunch and as we were walking out of the door, he had come full circle and was making the same joke at exactly the same time as when we had entered.
Talk about timing the "average" dining experience!

Maybe I'm just way too "average" a park guest for my own good.

Disney has got to be the statistics king of the world. You can bet if there has ever been research done on anything even remotely theme park related Disney has done it and it shows. The one I always liked was that the average person will walk 27 feet with a piece of trash before dropping it on the ground. Next time you’re at WDW look at the proximity of the trash cans there right at about 27 feet apart all over Disney property.

Call me totally crazy but I never litter. Regardless of how long I have to carry the friggin' trash. :animwink:

And, for those people that do: :fork:

I am the same way but we are obviously in the minority. I went so far as using the trash can data in my own house. I have three kids and trash was always being left around the house so I started putting waste baskets in every room in the house and now the problem is almost nonexistent.

I never litter either, I'd carry the stuff with me before throwing it on the ground. I guess watching the Don't Litter commercials of the 70's must have helped, never forgot the Indian with the tear streaming down his face standing on the side of the highway with trash at his feet.

I heard something once that Walt said it took however many steps (16 seems to be ringing a bell) to eat a hot dog and he put the trach cans that may steps apart. Can't remember where I heard that. Keys to the Kingdom maybe?

If they showed that over here, the yobs would just laugh at him and make a point of throwing more litter down in order to upset the tearful Indian further
