Hello all...
I had a wonderful birthday. It was much better than last year's, which sucked.
Today, I went out with my best friends. We went to Bread Co. and then went to Six Flags.
Then my family and I went out to dinner. My mom and dad got me a Mickey Mouse ice cream cake and my mom got me some dresses, earrings, and a Mickey Mouse purse! Yay!!!

Good morning. I've been up for an hour already (thank you Joel) :snore::snore:
I did laundry already, walked the dogs, changed Ginger's bedding, and fixed the drink bottles for DH and DS.

Wow....I'm impressed. Not enough to try to emulate you, but still :lol: Sounds like you had some fun weather wise last night.
Yes, it was pretty neat actually. We had rumblings all night too, but nothing as bad as the afternoon storm. Still raining today, but we really need the rain.

I'm glad for the break from storms here, actually. It's been sunny and cool the last day or so, just perfect weather.
I may not mind more storms coming through after those two monsters are cut down in our back yard, but right now storms just make me tense.
What else are you up to today?
I have some school stuff to take care of, and I hope to make a decision about the February rental home today.

Morning, gang. :wave: I apologize for being MIA as of late. We were on vacation last week and this week I have been thrown to the wolves here at work. :dazzle: I have been trying to read here and there but am afraid I'm woefully behind. I think I saw (and posted in) all of the recent b-day threads. I hope you all are doing great and enjoying summer. Before we know it, Labor Day will be here.

every single time you say Joel... I think you say Joe... 100% of the time...
usually though it's about... you guys doing something at the moment; so I quickly realize "wait, i don't live with Jenny..."
but... I absolutely thought for a good 3-4 minutes that I was the reason you didn't sleep in... and I was like "what the heck did I do?!?!"
and I sat there thinking "did i tell a scary story yesterday? no.... is she making a "joe is ugly and gives me nightmares joke at 6 a.m. when im not even around... boy that'd be nibbs-like..."
