Went yesterday...

7am - got group 18 from hotel using cell data, not wifi
As mentioned earlier, they started calling about 9:40am
Group 18 called at 10:30am
Got into the queue at 10:35am, it was backed up to the entrance (where they scan for your boarding groups)
Weave was fully open, but not the extension into backstage, etc.
In the room with Rey at 10:45am
Off the ride at 11:02am

Only 1st cannon was working

Rise has apparently stopped using the backstage/Muppets extension, mostly because Muppets has found itself using it.

Just like the cannons, it joins the ranks of the sirens, the spiny blaster effects, the falling ceiling prop, and the partially working probe droid laser. All of these have been on and off, or completely missing since the new year.
