Its been years that i went to Disney during Star Wars Weekends and I cant remember if they have the merchandise for the weekends also available during the week as well or is the stuff only available on the weekends. I plan on going during the week next week to Hollywood Studios, really dont wanna fight the crowds on the weekends. Hope someone can help with this

I think they only have the store open Friday through Sunday, but they have now put the store in a large climate controlled tent behind ToT. This has helped immensely over past years where they did it in Tatoine Traders.

It depends on your definition of "star wars weekends" I haven't seen anything really specific marking this years specific scene from Jedi at all during the week.

That said EVERY park had loads of generic Star Wars merch including theme park generic merch. R2d2 Mickey ears, wookie hats, a beanie type hat of a storm trooper helmet that himself is wearing Mickey ears, Vader on astro orbiters with a Mickey ice cream in his hand. Honda backpacks everywhere. Toys of Mickey and pals as Star Wars characters, toys if muppets as Star Wars characters.

You name it from Star Wars and they seem to sell generalized merch about it, that they can resell year after year. Except Bon Jovi who's lack of highlights is somewhat sad. I mean bon jovi was on the Star Wars Christmas album and on the show when it aired on TV. I mean so many great bon jovi albums ignored is just not right. I guess. You could say I find their lack of FAITH disturbing. (Get it? Because bon jovi has "keep the faith" )

I would love to know this answer too! We are going to go on a Sunday for SSW but if it gets crazy for my little ones I want to see of I can shop when we go back to DHS later in the week.

Bump.....

I don't know if they keep everything out all year, but I do know my father just called me from the line in the tent and had got my kids this:

Which I am VERY excited about.
He made it through the merch line in about an hour, but said the line looks like it had doubled by the time he got out.

Yeah that line can get long. The two times I've done SWW, I've treated it like an e-ticket. Hit it first thing in the morning. Usually I don't buy anything. I just post about how short my wait in the merch line was......

Oddly a lot of ( very unofficial ) places I have heard they sell merch during the week. The thing is, it's star wars WEEKENDS not star wars week so my guess is they do not sell merch during the week.

did anyone ever get a figure of themselves made? I'm curious how well they turn out. that may be the only regret I had from my trip last week, Friday was my last day and I had to get ready for a ane around the time of the 5pm show I was interested in seasons so opted for off kilter and a day at epcot instead.

for anyone interested it apparently takes ten minutes and they scan your head to be made into either a figure of a storm trooper or your face instead of Han's frozen in carbonite. ( 100 bucks though but still seemed really cool to do once, something obviously very unique and special)
