Star Tours (The Original)

Hi All,

I have always wondered...

On Star Tours, is it purely just a flight 'like' simulator stationery that moves around when your inside to give the effect or is it actually moving on wheels aswell as moving as a simulator? Because I know obviously there a more than one loading bays, How many are there? So obviously they either are all stationary or follow a track around to give that effect as well as moving as a simulator, sorry that's a really bad explanation... :zipit:

If it is on a track, does anyone have a track diagram?

No there is no track. The simulators are glued to the floor. If you search around there are diagrams of both Florida's and california's building layout. The simulators are just lined up end to end. In Florida (Japan and maybe Tokyo, I can't recall if they have Star Tours) there are six simulators. California has just four.
