Special room requests

Hi guys!

We are coming to WDW for the first time on December,

and will be staying at All Star Music and at the Caribbean Beach Resort (buses, skyline...).

We understood that we can check in online in advance and ask for special room requests.

We would love to know, in those hotels, which areas/buildings are closer to the transportation,

and maybe some other advices in choosing our room.

Calypso buildings 1 and 10 are the closest building to transportation at All-Star Music. I believe these are all preferred rooms, though I am not certain of this.

As for the Caribbean Beach, I am not sure, I have never stayed there. I know there are multiple bus stops, so there should be more choices.

Touring plans has maps and suggestions, I would venture there.

If you didn’t pay for a ‘preferred room’ which are the ones closest to everything then you won't have access to these rooms as they cost more and would require an upgrade fee. Special room requests are pretty limited to whether you want a disabled friendly room, a ground floor room or if you want to face the pool or not.

Music

Rock In and Broadway are a little further walk back in the resort, but will land you a little closer to the Sports and Movies transportation. That would give you options when leaving the Parks as you could chose either bus (whichever shows up 1st).
