I didn't get a massage at Saratoga or Grand Floridian. I did get a swedish massage at Coronado Springs ($90 for 50 mins) which is cheaper than the other 2 spas. I enjoyed my massage and thinking of booking another one on my vacation in Sept.

Which length of time is better???

Swedish massage is a relaxation massage. There's no pressure work done and they do not address knots or sore areas specifically. It's light touch, non-therapeutic. Some people prefer that, others - like myself - prefer a deep tissue massage. It's all personal preference.

Typically, you want at least a standard one-hour massage (which is usually in the range of 50-55 minutes of actual massage with time for consultation with your therapist as well as disrobing.)
