Last time we flew home from Orlando SW airlines had a diffferent check in area for people flying to the north eastern part of the country? Does that still exist?

We used it in December. It worked really well. The lines were very short. It's location is to the right of the main Southwest check-in area on the other side of the entrance way to security. Location 10 on the map below.

SW pax, staying at a value resort, can now check their bags at the resort.

Yes. SW has the checkin are for the NE, curbside checkin and checkin on level 1 near the Mears Connect location.
