We hit JII a few weeks ago in the evening. No one but us in line. Our oldest DD had on her birthday button. The CMs at load sang happy birthday to her and we chatted since there was no hurry. The best CM experience all week! I brought up our discussion here. One CM actually started to cry. They were cagey but they told me they haven't rec'd any positive news. The one guy there actually told me the impression most of them had was that shutdown was imminent. But then I got the "don't quote me" spiel.

I here tell there are a few 2x4s and planters that don't fit in the old WoL pavilion. There is reason the current ride has a lot of empty space (less stuff to rip out and send to Paris and discarded in the official "Pile of Discarded EPCOT Stuff". Plus, the upstairs playground can be used as a guest monitoring center now that everyone is tagged and ready for processing.

Sadly the only way I see anything happening anytime soon is if the pavilion gets a new sponsor. That however is incredibly unlikely.

Nope, it will be grand day. Means something may actually change. Since they shut down the original its been complete and utter crap.

In any case, i would be very sad to see JII go. Although the original was better, Figment has always been a great addition to EPCOT.

Be careful what you wish for unless you desire another big empty building in Epcot. Personally, I don't!
