So it’s no secret DHS still needs some fiddling to do. Licensing agreements, unused space, MGM leftovers, you name it. So in this minor sort of overhaul (my first main one), I will attempt to create a sort of second DHS reimagining, building on what DHS has today, and playing by Disney’s own rules as much as i can (idk why but I kinda like the challenge of this. Y’all will get unchained creativity from me soon tho). As such, don’t expect the most out of this world balls to the wall creative stuff out of this, but I will try and do some unexpected stuff while being practical. Expect some new lands based on a mix of popular Disney ip and some older stuff (wink wink, nudge nudge, round two of this), pushing dhs further into the themed land direction, and a pretty bold challenge: attempt to make a good tower of terror update that removes the twilight zone ! (We all try to deny it, but deep down we all know it’s coming eventually).
Watch this space!

Watching this thread with great wonder and excitement!
glad you are excited! I’ll give everyone a little hint for one part of this project!
On the tower of terror front: I hope you all wouldn’t mind a little inspiration from phantom manor, would you?

Animation Courtyard: You’re Welcome!

Ok so we all know DHS is a bit of a concrete jungle. From the Hollywood Streets, to the planet of battu, to Toy Story land! (Thanks a lot Jim Shull). Dhs needs a lot more foliage! We also know dhs kinda has an e-ticket problem, along with a dry-ness problem, and a capacity problem. Dhs is filled to the brim with major big budget attractions that are some of the best experiences at wdw. They also don’t leave much room for needed c-d tickets (aside from star tours and muppet vision, which I will get to later, don’t you worry!) , add on the maintenance and reliability issues, and the volume of these types of rides at dhs, we’ve all come to agree that DHS could use a classic dark ride or two, along with some flat rides to pad out the park. So what do I have in mind to solve all of these issues? MOANA!

Yes I know moving the rumored boat ride to this park isn’t the most exciting idea, but the big, high capacity Boat ride rumored for MK would imo fit the bill perfectly for DHS. This whole area would also be bound to be very full of foliage and water, a nice “park within a park” atmosphere I feel DHS needs! The boat ride would see you journey through the waves with Moana and Maui, even going beneath to face tamatoa! (Life sized animatronic abound!) A high seas voyage the whole family can enjoy! Of course, there is an exit shop, and there is a blue bayou esque sit down restaurant where you can see the boats go by!

For the flat rides, we have a Moana themed spinner, ala dumbo, and also, an intamin splash battle attraction, as a way for guests to cool down! We would also have a tropical hideaway esque quick service and seating area! We also, of course, have a Moana and Maui meet and greet space. The land itself is full of foliage, and moving water features, as well as a faux river and lagoon!

I’m not the best at map making, so obviously this would be spaced out more irl. This is meant as a general rep of what rides would be there. If anyone would want to make a more accurate map, go right ahead.

Next up is the most boring out of the ideas tbh. It is supposed to be realistic, so bear with me.

Now I gotta be honest, I’m kinda at a crossroads with what to do with RNRC, multiple options of what could be realistic, but could intersect with the one “fun” thing I could want to do (spacing wise, if I choose a certain ip). So you may or may not get two outcomes for one or two things in this blue sky.
