I wouldn't imagine so. Those are extremely light wait times for Shanghai (plus most attractions are running with restricted capacity).

When I was there opening day and rode a train by myself.

When we were in Shanghai at Christmas....was surprised how long it took for a line to build there.

Looked on SDL's site, only shows are going , Golden Fanfare looks like it returned right after SDL reopened. So maybe we'll get MRFF right when MK Reopens TDO????

"Starting today, Shanghai Disneyland is accepting reservations from General Admission ticket holders. Previously, guests had to buy a dated ticket as a means of entering the theme park. Of course, before the COVID-19 pandemic hit and the theme parks closed, some guests had General Admission tickets. Up until today, those guests couldn’t use those tickets. Now, Shanghai Disneyland has updated their park rules to allow guests to use those General Admission tickets."
