Disney better not call him stitch other than in the title!!!!
Yeah, isn't this supposed to be a prequel to the movies? That would be stupid a huge logical mistake if that happened.disnyfan89 said:Disney better not call him stitch other than in the title!!!!

I am sure she will make the height restrictions. She is over 42 inches now. At just over 3 on our last trip she was tall enough for Tower of Terror and really wanted to go on but we were not so sure if she should. She talks about ToT all the time so I think we will have to do that one.
I will have to prep her for Stitch and see what she thinks.

Number_6 said:Oooohhhhh... ToT? Last August, on the first trip my kids ever took to WDW, my daughter had seen the video for the ToT and for about two weeks leading up to the trip she said she wanted to go on it. She was 7 at the time and my son was 4. She convinced her brother that it would be fun to go on. She was expecting only one drop and then it would be over... of course that's not the case, it's totally random. So after the ride was over, she was crying her eyes out and my son was sitting there looking at me and saying "Can we go again?" I think maybe try her with Stitch first and see how she reacts since it has more chance of being kid friendly. If she handles Stitch okay, then I would advise you to prepare her for ToT by letting her know that it will drop more than once and may drop six times. That way she at least doesn't have that nasty surprise to deal with.
Number_6 said:Well, the worse that happens is she rides it and gets freaked out and never wants to go on it again. Either that or she'll want to go back on again later. Like I said, see how she reacts to SGE first, then take her over there if she seems okay. Heck, try Space Mountain first if you want to and see how she handles that, it's dark, goes a decent speed and moves you around a bit. Not a bad way to judge her ability to handle ToT. Not the best way, really, but it should give you a bit of an idea.
Are the seats setup differently than they were a couple of years? I guess I was under the impression that could sit in the same seat as a small child. Have you even been able to do this?mrtoad said:Our biggest fear is that she will get too scared and not go again ever. She was tall enough this Jan. but having just turned 3 we thought it was not the wisest move.
The problem with Space Mountain is that she will have to sit by herself as that is how the seat are set up now. If she freaked out there is nobody there to comfort her. That is one that we are planning on not doing on this trip. She also has not asked for that one (which is good as of now anyway).
Mrtoad, what did you mean by this? Just curious. Thanks.mrtoad said:.....The problem with Space Mountain is that she will have to sit by herself as that is how the seat are set up now. Personally, I like SM's seating, but from your Point of View, I can see how its bad...
FamilyMan said:The lap bars on Space Mt. are made to go down to any height... she'll be safe if she goes on, that's a given, but it's if she wants to or not, that's what is up in the air. The lap bars on Space mountain are T bars, going in between your legs as far down as possible. Once the bars go down, there is no room to squirm, even if she is that small.
