Selecting room requests from drop down in mde

This function doesn't appear to be working for me it just says Err error has occured...Does anyone else have this?

That function hasn’t worked for a long time. If you have a specific request, call Disney and have it noted on your reservation.

The best thing to do is call the reservation center and add any requests.

Online request have been somewhere between undependable to flat out broken since day one.
