Student Loan Forgiveness Question

Yesterday I received an email from the US Government ( millions of people did....it is not a scam...it is the official email) AND this email stated that the Student Loan Forgiveness Program has launched but we don't need to take any action. We had taken loans on the US Government Website ...

I don't have to dig out FAFSA and give specifics on loan amounts or anything like that?
I just need to enter my college daughter's 1)name...2)her date of birth and 3)her social security #?

So far that’s all I got *shrug* The link for the ‘application’ only asked those 3 things.
