Hi everyone--
I am planning a first-time visit to Disney World. I have been to Disneyland once, and I'm trying to come up with a list of rides at Disney World that I can stomach.
Picking rides as an adult has been tough for me since I am afraid of rollercoasters, the fastest I've ever been on was about ~26 mph with some drops and it was too much for me. I tried out some less intense rides when I went to Disneyland, but I was really bored with the "put me in a vehicle & drift me past some animatronic scenes" rides like Jungle Cruise & Roger Rabbit's Cartoon Spin. I absolutely LOVED Indiana Jones though--it was fast & wild without giving me the unpleasant feelings of traditional rollercoasters--and would love to ride more rides like that. I hear Dinosaur, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, & Expedition Everest are similar?
More info: I really liked Pirates & Peter Pan since there was a little more to the ride experience than just slowly drifting me past scenes Jungle Cruise-style. Was bored with Haunted Mansion, I liked Star Tours & Mad Tea Party.
Any WDW ride suggestions would be appreciated!! Thanks!
