Saratoga Springs help

Hi all, I am looking for advice on a room request for SS. We have stayed here before, each time was at Congress Park. I booked two rooms renting DVC points but in a non preferred room, so Congress Park and The Springs are out. We want to be as close to the walkway to Disney Springs as possible. Is there a certain building or area to request, or simply state close to Disney Springs? Also, is there a second walkway to DS or just one near Congress Park?

Pretty much. You can also look at the Grandstand - that's not preferred, is it? - which is close to the Springs and there's a walkway there to DS as well, but I think you are walking by one of the DS parking lots and entering at the West Side.

Depends on what day you check in. Saturday or Sunday, odds are pretty good.

Thanks for the info. I knd of thought that there was another walkway. The Grandstand could be another option.

We just stayed at the Grandstand, and the walk to the ferry is not far at all. We were going to find the path down the west side of the lake, but kept taking the ferry.

You will increase your chances by asking the member you rented from to call Member Services and add your request to the reservation.

And then don't select anything at all at on-line check-in. Leave it blank.
